حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الْمَتَاعَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ فِيهِ بِالْخِيَارِ، فَهَلَكَ [١]عِنْدَهُ، قَالَ: " إِنْ كَانَ سَمَّى الثَّمَنَ فَهُوَ لَهُ ضَامِنٌ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ سَمَّى الثَّمَنَ فَهُوَ فِيهِ مُؤْتَمَنٌ
