حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ:
فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى مِنْ رَجُلٍ بِرْذَوْنًا، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَرُدَّهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَفَرَّقَا فَقَضَى الشَّعْبِيُّ أَنَّهُ قَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ، فَشَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ أَبُو الضُّحَى أَنَّ شُرَيْحًا أُتِيَ فِي مِثْلِ ذَلِكَ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَى الْبَائِعِ، فَرَجَعَ الشَّعْبِيُّ إِلَى قَوْلِ شُرَيْحٍ
