حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنِ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَهُ الْمُبْتَاعُ
