حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ الذَّهَبِ يُبَاعُ بِنَسِيئَةٍ ؟ فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ وَسُئِلَ عَنْهُ ؟ فَقَالَ: " كُلُّ سَاعَةٍ اسْتَنْسَأَهُ فَهُوَ رِبًا
