حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبِي هَاشِمٍ قَالَا:
مَنْ أَذِنَ لِرَجُلٍ فِي بِنَاءٍ ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُخْرِجَهُ فَلَهُ قِيمَةُ الْبِنَاءِ
