[حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا] شُعْبَةُ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَرَّ بِرَقِيقٍ عَلَى عَاشِرٍ، فَقَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ أَحْرَارٌ ؟ قَالَ الْحَكَمُ: لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يَعْتِقُوا
