سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كُوتِبَ وَاشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُهُ أَنَّ لَنَا سَهْمًا مِنْ مِيرَاثِكَ، قَالَ: لَا، شَرْطُ اللهِ قَبْلَ شَرْطِهِمْ
