حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي اللَّقِيطِ قَالَ: " نِيَّتُهُ؛ إِنْ نَوَى أَنْ يَكُونَ حُرًّا فَهُوَ حُرٌّ، وَإِنْ نَوَى أَنْ يَكُونَ عَبْدًا فَهُوَ عَبْدٌ
