حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: [أَنْ] [١]لَا يَقْعُدَنَّ قَاضٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ الْمُشْرِكُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ نَجَسٌ، قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ ﴾
