حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدَهُ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُ، قَالَ: " يُقَوَّمُ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ، ثُمَّ يَسْعَى فِي قِيمَتِهِ
