حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ شَهْرَ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنِ الثَّوْبِ يَدْفَعُهُ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ إِلَى الْحَائِكِ [٢]، قَالَ: " شَرْطٌ بِغَيْرِ رَأْسٍ
