حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ [١]يُعَالِجَ الرَّجُلُ النَّخْلَ، وَيَقُومَ عَلَيْهِ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ مَا لَمْ يُنْفِقْ هُوَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا
