حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ:
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ دُفِعَ إِلَيْهِ مَالٌ [١]مُضَارَبَةً، وَقَالَ: لَا تَخْرُجْ عَنِ [٢]الْمِصْرِ ! فَخَرَجَ، قَالَ: " لَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ
