حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْقَصَّارِ إِذَا أَفْسَدَ، قَالَ: هُوَ ضَامِنٌ قَالَ: " وَكَانَ لَا يُضَمِّنُهُ غَرَقًا وَلَا حَرَقًا وَلَا عَدُوًّا مُكَابِرًا
