حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ الْحَقُّ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ، يَقُولُ: أَيَّهُمْ شِئْتُ أَخَذْتُ بِجَمِيعِ حَقِّي، قَالَ: " هَذَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْكَفِيلِ
