كَتَبَ عُمَرُ: " لَيْسَ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَشْتَرُوا مِنْ عَقَارِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ وَلَا مِنْ بِلَادِهِمْ شَيْئًا
