حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ الرَّقَبَةُ الْوَاجِبَةُ فَيَشْتَرِيهَا: فَلَا يَشْتَرِطْ أَنَّهُ يَشْتَرِيهَا لِلْعِتْقِ
