حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَنَشٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
فِي رَجُلٍ هَلَكَ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ لَا يَعْرِفُ صَاحِبَ الدَّيْنِ، فَأَمَرَ أَنْ يُتَصَدَّقَ عَنْهُ بِذَلِكَ الدَّيْنِ
