حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَا:
مَنْ بَاعَ طَعَامًا بِذَهَبٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ فَحَلَّ الْأَجَلُ فَلَا يَأْخُذْ [١]بِهِ تَمْرًا
