حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ قَالَ:
قِيلَ لِلْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ: إِنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ الْقَاسِمُ: هَذَا رَأْيِي، وَمَا أَرَى رَأْيَهُ فِي هَذَا إِلَّا مُعْتَدِلًا
