حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ شُرَيْحٌ لَا يُضَمِّنُ الْعَارِيَةَ وَالْوَدِيعَةَ حَتَّى أَمَرَهُ زِيَادٌ " قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: فَكَيْفَ كَانَ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا زَالَ يُضَمِّنُهَا حَتَّى مَاتَ
