حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَمْرًا: مَا كَانَ الْحَسَنُ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ كَاتَبَ مَمَالِيكَهُ جَمِيعًا فَيَمُوتُ بَعْضُهُمْ ؟ قَالَ: " يُرْفَعُ عَنْهُمْ بِالْحِصَّةِ
