حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ أَوْ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:
صَفْقَتَانِ فِي صَفْقَةٍ: رِبًا. إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ: إِنْ كَانَ بِنَقْدٍ فَبِكَذَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ بِنَسِيئَةٍ فَبِكَذَا
