حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَدْفَعُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ الثَّوْبَ فَيَقُولُ: " بِعْهُ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا، فَمَا اسْتَفْضَلْتَ [١]فَلَكَ، قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ بِنَقْدٍ فَلَا بَأْسَ، وَإِنْ كَانَ بِنَسِيئَةٍ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيهِ
