حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الرَّاهِنُ وَالْمُرْتَهِنُ فِي قِيمَةِ الرَّهْنِ؛ فَالْبَيِّنَةُ عَلَى الَّذِي يَدَّعِي الرَّهْنَ
