حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَكَارَى دَابَّةً فَجَاوَزَ بِهَا ؟ قَالَ: " هُوَ ضَامِنٌ، وَلَا كِرَاءَ عَلَيْهِ فِيمَا خَالَفَ
