حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ شُرَيْحًا وَاخْتَصَمَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلَانِ اكْتَرَى أَحَدُهُمَا مِنَ الْآخَرِ دَابَّةً إِلَى مَكَانٍ مَعْلُومٍ فَجَاوَزَ، فَضَمِنَهُ شُرَيْحٌ
