حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُسْكِنُ الرَّجُلَ لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ، قَالَ: " لَا تَسْتَطِيعُ وَرَثَتُهُ أَنْ يُخْرِجُوهُ وَلَا عَقِبَهُ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْهُمْ أَحَدٌ
