حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنَّ السُّكْنَى عَارِيَّةٌ. فَإِذَا قَالَ: هِيَ لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ، فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ مَا بَقِيَتْ مِنْهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ، فَإِذَا انْقَرَضُوا جَمِيعًا رَجَعَتْ إِلَى وَرَثَتِهِ
