حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ بُرْدٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْمُفْلِسِ يَجِدُ عِنْدَهُ الرَّجُلُ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ قَالَ: " إِنْ كَانَ أَخَذَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ أُسْوَةُ الْغُرَمَاءِ، وَإِلَّا فَهُوَ لَهُ
