حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ وَأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَعَطَاءٍ وَالزُّهْرِيِّ قَالُوا:
إِذَا مَاتَ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ وَعِنْدَهُ مُضَارَبَةٌ أَوْ وَدِيعَةٌ فَهُمْ فِيهِ عَلَى الْحِصَصِ
