حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُيَسَّرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ قَالَ:
إِنْ أَسْلَفَ مِائَةَ دِينَارٍ فِي أَلْفِ فَرَقٍ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهُ خَمْسَمِائَةِ فَرَقٍ، وَيَكْتُبَ عَلَيْهِ خَمْسِينَ دِينَارًا
