حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ طَاوُسٌ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ شَرِيكَيْنِ اشْتَرَكَا، أَحَدُهُمَا أَكْثَرُ رَأْسَ مَالٍ وَأَسْنَى فِي الْوَضِيعَةِ ؟ فَقَالَ طَاوُسٌ: لَا يَغْرَمُ وَلَهُ [٢]رَأْسُ [٣]مَالِهِ
