حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الْمَتَاعَ، وَأَشْرَكَ فِيهِ أَحَدًا فَالرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا اشْتَرَكَا عَلَيْهِ، وَالْوَضِيعَةُ عَلَى الْمَالِ
