حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
فِي الطَّيْرِ وَالْبُزَاةِ [١]وَالصُّقُورِ وَغَيْرِهَا: وَمَا أَدْرَكْتَ ذَكَاتَهُ فَهُوَ لَكَ، وَمَا لَمْ تُدْرِكْ ذَكَاتَهُ فَلَا تَأْكُلْهُ
