حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُنَازِلٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ شُرَيْحًا يَقُولُ:
إِذَا أَسْقَطَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ سِقْطًا، تَمَّ عِدَّةُ الْحُرَّةِ وَأُعْتِقَتِ السُّرِّيَّةُ
