حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ صَغِيرَةٌ قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ وَلَا لِعَانٌ
