حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ الْحَكَمَ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: وَاللهِ لَأَسُوءَنَّكِ [١]، فَتَرَكَهَا أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ، قَالَ: هُوَ إِيلَاءٌ
