حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
أَتَانِي عُرْوَةُ الْبَارِقِيُّ مِنْ عِنْدِ عُمَرَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فِي مَرَضِهِ: إِنَّهَا تَرِثُهُ مَا دَامَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ وَلَا يَرِثُهَا
