حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ خَرَجَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا عَاصِيَةً، هَلْ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَسَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا فَقَالَ: لَيْسَ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ
