حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ:
كُنْتُ قَاعِدًا عِنْدَ شُرَيْحٍ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ يُخَاصِمُ امْرَأَةً فَقَالَتْ: طَلَّقَنِي وَلَمْ يُعْلِمْنِي الرَّجْعَةَ حَتَّى مَضَتْ عِدَّتِي وَتَزَوَّجْتُ وَدَخَلَ بِي زَوْجِي، فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: أَلَا أَعْلَمْتَهَا الرَّجْعَةَ كَمَا أَعْلَمْتَهَا الطَّلَاقَ ؟ فَلَمْ يَرُدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ
