حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو وَعَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
مَنْ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِرَجْعَتِهَا مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ مِنْ حَيْضَتِهَا الثَّالِثَةِ
