حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِنْ تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا - يَعْنِي الْأَمَةَ - اعْتَدَّتْ شَهْرَيْنِ وَخَمْسَ لَيَالٍ
