حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُكَيْرٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَضْلَةَ قَالَ:
طَلَّقْتُ بِنْتَ عَمٍّ لِي ثَلَاثًا الْبَتَّةَ، فَأَتَيْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَسْأَلُهُ؟ فَقَالَ: تَعْتَدُّ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا حَيْثُ طُلِّقَتْ، قَالَ: وَسَأَلْتُ الْقَاسِمَ وَسَالِمًا وَأَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ وَخَارِجَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ فَكُلُّهُمْ [١]يَقُولُ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ سَعِيدٍ
