حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
فِي الْأَمَةِ الَّتِي تُوطَأُ: إِذَا بِيعَتْ أَوْ وُهِبَتْ أَوْ أُعْتِقَتْ فَلْتُسْتَبْرَأْ بِحَيْضَةٍ
