حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَقَدْ فَرَضَ لَهَا فَلَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ وَلَا مَتَاعَ لَهَا
