حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ الْبَتَّةَ، هَلْ لَهَا مِنْ نَفَقَةٍ ؟ قَالَ: لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا
