حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا آلَى مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ شَهْرًا أَوْ شَهْرَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةً، مَا لَمْ يَبْلُغِ الْحَدَّ فَلَيْسَ بِإِيلَاءٍ
