حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فِي الْإِيلَاءِ، كَانَتْ تَطْلِيقَةً بَائِنَةً، فَأَخْبَرْتُ شُرَيْحًا بِقَوْلِ مَسْرُوقٍ فَقَالَ بِهِ
