حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ وَعَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَا:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَاحِدَةً عَلَى جُعْلٍ، فَلَا يَمْلِكُ الرَّجْعَةَ وَهُوَ خَاطِبٌ مِنَ الْخُطَّابِ
